Stickers/Decals...Ceriani/Marzocchi/etc.

From the photo it looks like the screw holes aren't quite positioned similarly and might give the badge poor positioning. Have you tried that one to see what it looks like mounted? What did they charge for them?

Hi Ian.

1) Just to clarify: only one badge has screw holes.  The other has mounting pins.
(I think the difference is to do with whether the badges are for a steel or for a fibre-glass tank.  I need the type with the screw holes.  The one that does fits just fine).

2) The list price for the badges wasn't very much at all.  I bought a spare float valve at the same time, and the total bill came to ?27.

But that's not really the point.  What's ticked me off is their attitude when told they've supplied the wrong part, as in "Well, we don't undertake to supply what we advertise.  Can't you just bodge it up?"  :o.

And I can't because it's not just a case of drilling a couple of holes.  The badges are different colours, are made from different materials and, because one has a raised border on the back and the other doesn't, fit differently on the the tank.

You may have noticed, but the text profiles on some of the letters are also different on the two Ducati badges.  Specifically the C and the A.

Blimey, you've got good eyes, Tom!  Impressive ...  :)

Hi,

I'm going to to refurbish M1R forks of my SFC 1000. I would need a new "M1R" sticker that is on front of the fork.
There's not much of it left anymore, not shure can it be even used for a model or if photographed, maybe.

Any ideas where to get new one?
