Weather where you are?

Weather on the North Shore of Lake Huron has been very kind this year - So Far.

A few hot days in June above 35C but cool night temps tend to cool it off.

Right now in July about 22/26 C day and 13/16c at night with occasional thunder light storms and showers.
Perfect weather for Motorcyclists if you own a Laverda.

Love the North Shore weather - That's why I retired here.

Looks like the UK is to have its highest ever temps today. 39.1°C has been reported (to be verified), will probably creep higher as data rolls in.

Getting rather hot and and uncomfortable here on the North Shore of Lake Huron - Mid 30's during the day and high teens at night.

38°C yesterday at the house in southern Germany, expected to be the same today.
Tomorrow we set off for Austria, Friday to Breganze.

Helicopter Jim is up in northern Ontario near Pickle Lake (next province over from me) helping to erect a power line into a northern community. No internet. Forest fires now starting up in Canada so not sure how this could affect his situation,

It’s a rainy day here on Guadeloupe with alternating heavy downpour and steady rain. Temperature is around 28/30 depending on what part of the coast you are on. The sun was out this morning until 10:00 and it was up to 32 for a while. We went to the beach at 9:00, but hardly had time to lay down the towels before it began to drizzle.
Yesterday we went to a “hot” spring in the jungle where we soaked in warm water during a heavy downpour! It was actually more of a warm spring: 88/30 degrees, but felt good compared to the giant cold raindrops.

I've had my 1 piece Rukka suit since 1982 and it's still 100% waterproof
Used it a couple of months ago, 100kays in torrential rain and only damp around the collar and gloves soaking wet below the cuff. Wasn't cheap at the time but got my moneys worth after 40 years.
I had a one piece Rukka which was the best at keeping water out, so long as you didn't mind the fact it smelt a bit like an old Wellington boot. Sadly I no longer have it.AC1232E8-B0EE-4CD3-85FE-41372A15E325.jpeg

I reckon the local stone carving blokes would love that bit of stone to make a Sportster tank stone carving sculpture.

What the hell am I thinking? HD content???
Stone faster than a sportster. Darwin weather back to normal. Clear sky, mid 20's C. My place back in the West got hammered with 30-40 knots of pissing rain.
