Given a 71/72 prototype 3C recently changed hands for $18k it doesn't seem that cheap... It is nice though.

I have both seen and ridden this laverda
It looks even better in person.  Probably the most correct 3C you will find. Sounds and runs fantastic. Maybe the only one still running on the original "upsidedown" ignition?

  Shamrock's 3C that;s for sale still has the upside down ignition,his only has 2700 miles, the silver 3C has 33K miles on it, that's impressive!

33k is impressive. It has lived most of its life in Texas, New Mexico and Arizona.

The 71/72 probably wasn't "correct" enough.
