Heya Andy,
Thanks for that.. really gotta get my foot up more I know.. but that's what acrylic boot sliders are for huh.. :P

 8)
When I get back home from the TT riders association’s annual bash at the national motorcycle museum (when I always wish I had even half the talent of most of the other riders present) I will post a couple pictures showing duct tape is just as effective and a lot cheaper...
An ‘inzane’ number of Zanes (all of which could run)
7 from Breganze (all of which can run)
Several other project bikes
1 x BMW C600 Sport Highline maxi scooter (for comfort and reliability)
1 x Benelli Tre Tornado 900 (cos it should have been the ‘new’ Jota)

Not the best photo from '83 but I think it is clear enough 'getting your foot down' hasn't been an issue...
The next shot from the Manx in '84 (almost a year later), same old boots - just a fresh strip of duct tape - a winner every time... ;)

P.S. Great style in the 1st shot of the guy I am about to pass on the LC. I think he thought he was Olivier Jacque.
