Found a lovely 3c
« on: May 26, 2018, 17:37 »
Hi there,
Id introduced myself some time ago:
http://www.laverdaforum.com/forum/index.php/topic,97384.msg396350.html#msg396350

Well, and now I do own a Laverda again! Eventually I have found what I was looking for, a lovely 1000 3c from 1974:

Even she is pretty there's still a lot to be done - of which more later

Cheers
Jo

Thanks for your comments! This 3c was announced by Volki last December:
http://www.laverdaforum.com/forum/index.php/topic,97335.msg395596.html#msg395596

We found an "Entente Cordiale" today and with this I'm in the position to launch the news. VIN is 1907 and documents tell Aug 74 as registration date (Italy).

A lot was done on ignition (latest Witt DMC/32) and wiring harness, but wrt carbs there is still a way to go.
My current idea is to change them to Mikunis straight away ...

And yes, I'm grinning from ear to ear!
 8) :)

Cheers
Jo
