Lovely bike Gerald.
Pity about the indicators.

Are they obligatory in Germany?

Hi Paul,
Yes, as of a certain registration date you need indicators on a bike in Germany. Somehow they have grown on me.

Regards
Gerald

Indicators are mandatory for motorcycles first registered in Germany after 1961 or 62... can't find the actual date.

She’s a looker, blinkers or not.
The initial attraction to motorcycling inflicts people for various reasons and at different stages in their lives. But once someone experiences the elation of riding a motorcycle there’s no denying the nearly spiritual effect it has.

Went for a ride around the south of the island on my Zane 750 Formula with French visitor, Bruno Soravito on his Moto Officina 750 SFC replica. Bloody cold it was too....
An ‘inzane’ number of Zanes (some of which run)
7 from Breganze (all of which run)
Several other project bikes
1 x BMW C600 Sport Highline maxi scooter (for comfort and reliability)
1 x Benelli Tre Tornado 900 (cos it should have been the ‘new’ Jota)

Yep, that,s Freddie Blum's servo. The chalet we lived in is in the middle photo, the one behind the tree in the middle, was called 'La Maisonette'.
The ski run in the bottom photo is the 'Corps de Garde' if I remember correctly. The first ski lift I every went up, fell off the poma lift three times before I made it to the top. Used to get a few runs in after school if I still had enough pocket money for the lift ticket.
Long time ago (1960), thanks for posting, and would be interested in more pictures.

... I got my LAVERDA 250 Chott running again after two years. Found a totally closed idle jet - full of green slime - fucking 95 octane gasoline!!!
Now I am looking for replacement rear shocks (original are leaking) - any hints?
Ciao, Gert
