Brushes to clean carburetor jets and channels
« on: October 14, 2017, 22:22 »
We have used interdental brushes to clean carburetor channels and jets, of course with other methods available as ultrasonic cleaning and pressurized air. The brushes are available from pharmacy stores. Must have fine and soft brushes, all of them do not have.

Most on the picture have good reach and detachable handles, these may be little bit harder to find. Set of suitable sizes for carburettors, the case is a fishing lure box. We have used the brushes with solvent based engine cleaners, many of them dissolve halfly dried fuel quite well.

After the carburetors are assembled, we have still put some fuel system cleaner to the tank, that one intended to be mixed to fuel and suitable to carburators.

Very practical set
