Shame about the Triumph mind as this was a real cracker!!

Regards,
Julian

Agreed. I had a '71 T120, a really good bike. Rode it down to Paul Rickard and back without having to lay a spanner on it. Eventually sold to buy my first SF1, which of course was even better but maybe not as easy to ride.

Doesn't look much different in real life Brian,  But I love it!  personal taste of course so I don't hate you

What?! No festering bad feeling left to run deep in every future thread we share going forward? Are you sure you are logged on to the right forum??!

There isn't one of these [your] bikes that I don't like, but then there could be an orange Suzuki FZ50 on the list and I'd still be up for a go. However, in the spirit of bike of the month, being picky helps to route out the winner. Your interstate Norton is the model I always dreamed of having when I was younger but the Morini looks like such a charmer.. it won my vote..

Must say Brian that I too longed for an 850 Interstate from when I was about 11 onwards, A girlfriend's big brother had exactly the same model commando as I do now, even the seat!  when I saw it for sale I just had to have it!

Wanted a Morini for the last few years since I first saw the drum braked Sport.  Hard choice between them. Totally agree!

I to though have an extremely varied taste.   Rather like the Suzuki T500  or a GT750J in Pink metalic

Don't worry about your diss on the seat, I'll poison your dink when we meet

Good choice Andrew,  so did I.  Not really my fave as I haven't really got a fave but it certainly is a bike with character!  I just love it!

I still have a soft spot for Nortons. When I was 19 years old and had enough of my Puch 250SGS, I went looking for something bigger. First choice was a Commando Fastback. But when I came to make a test ride, it was broken. Next choice was a Laverda 750 GTF and the rest is history. But when the Norton wouldn't had been broken, my world would have been much different now. I maybe wouldn't have been even on this forum.

The Sexy little Italian won!    Can't argue with that one!

I will try to do another poll in a day or two if no one else jumps in. (although they are totally welcome to do so)  ;)

Can see 'em listed, but can't vote .... what's going on there? Maybe someone is telling me something.

Like the sound of sexy lady, but if I could vote, I'd vote the Harley Tracker ... not into Harleys, but like the stance.
The initial attraction to motorcycling inflicts people for various reasons and at different stages in their lives. But once someone experiences the elation of riding a motorcycle there’s no denying the nearly spiritual effect it has.
