I walk through those glass doors every Tuesday morning!

:o Yikes, have you got self-mutilation issues?  :)
The initial attraction to motorcycling inflicts people for various reasons and at different stages in their lives. But once someone experiences the elation of riding a motorcycle there’s no denying the nearly spiritual effect it has.

The Masa 26M is also a straight eight 2.9 litre!  now you're confused aren't you
But if you want power it's either the 6 cyl - 8 litre Barnato at about 300bhp or my 5 litre supercharged 6 at 330.
But the 8cyl cars do sound good!!!     But an ERA at 7000+ revs on Methanol,  :o   Now that is a sound to behold.
Maybe we should have an audio version

Julian
You sure about the Massa being 2.9 litres... I always thought that the Massa's of that era were either 2.5 and then up to 2.8 litre......just a tad over 200 hp from memory.
Will have to go and check now at work tomorrow....

The 8C from memory was rated at 220hp in the day..

Have to agree that the sound of a straight eight is something to hear...

Sitting on the fence 120 or 180 that is the question ?

Hi Brett,
Yep, 2.9,  I just pulled the motor down to rebuild it  ;o)

The Tipo 26 had a 2 litre, 2.2, 2.5 and 2.8 option in last years designated the 26M,  The one pictured is a little over size due to a rebore and being 8 cyl a little goes a long way so to speak   ;)

Well spotted though.

Just a note to those who don't like 4 wheeled things!

I can count only 2 of the aforementioned vehicles in the 10 pictures supplied!  The rest are 3 or 2 wheelers, unless you can actually SEE more wheels.  (Spares and steering wheel does not count)  So as you can ride a trike with a bike licence i think they count as bikes
