Stayed at a very quiet motel at whataroa last night then some pretty straight roads up the coast to greymouth. Arthurís pass back to Christchurch is amazing. Took in the noodle markets with Vena, now crashed out in his caravan. Tomorrow is Lewis pass back over to the west coast, a legendary scratchers road. CX got a new rear hoop this arvo, she is ready!

Didnít stop at the brewery very tempted though 😊 enjoyed the back way from ikamatua through to greymouth except the last corner which turns into a t intersection with no warning. Coast road up to Westport is cool but busy with tourists in campervans. Time for a beer😛

Westport to Karamea is a hoot, a few gravelly corners to keep you on your toes. Came back down the same road then off to murchinson, really great road. In Nelson tonight

I would like to thank my sponsors:
Fran, for organising the flybuy points to get me there for next to nix.
The Australian Government for giving me a tax rebate to boost the economy which I spent in New Zealand- whoops.
The New Zealand government for letting me in while wearing my old belstaff, a bio hazard for sure!
Vena Lavery for lending me his CX500, and letting me crash in his caravan- thanks mate.
Steve Carr for letting me stay at his place in Dunedin for a couple of nights.
Brian Mitchell for letting me stay at his place in Queenstown.
Screaming around the South Island was a heap of fun!

So are we talking bike shipping, hiring or Vena's supply? Anyone got a ball park cost for bike shipping?
